This Site is attorney advertising. Its content is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. Case listings describe complaints — documents filed by plaintiffs that contain unproven allegations. A company's appearance on this Site means only that a complaint naming it was filed in a U.S. federal court. It is not a finding, and should not be read as a statement, that the company did anything wrong. Many class actions are dismissed, settled without any admission, or never certified.
Case summaries are generated automatically by software from the public docket text and are published without attorney review. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The authoritative source is the court record, which each case page links to on CourtListener. Investigations are editorial descriptions of matters we are evaluating; no lawsuit has been filed in an investigation unless the page says so.
When you submit a form, you are asking us to evaluate whether you may have a claim. You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are at least 18, and that you are submitting it on your own behalf or with authority to do so. We may review your submission ourselves or share it with co-counsel or another firm as described in our privacy policy. We are under no obligation to accept any matter, and we may decline for any reason. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or under rules governing lawyers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
